Reception Rental Rates
The Lyric Opera House Main Lobby and Rehearsal Hall are available for rental for receptions, rehearsals and private events at those times when there is no performance activity. For rental information contact Amanda Colainanni at 410-900-1163.
Lower Level Lobby
Can accommodate 250 for sit-down and 750 for standing reception
Monday – Friday between 9:30 am – 4:30pm; $625 (5 hour min. rental)
Weeknights (Mon-Thu) between 4:30 pm-10:30 pm; $2,000 (5 hour min. rental)
Friday, Saturday or Sunday; $4,000 (8 hour min. rental)
72’ x 40’ on stage level with mirrors and piano
Monday – Friday between 9 am – 4pm; $275 (3 hour min. rental)
Weeknights (Mon-Thu) between 4 pm – 10pm; $500 (4 hour min. rental)
Friday, Saturday or Sundap; $1,000 (6 hour min. rental)
Grand Tier Level Lobby
Used in conjunction with performance or Lower Lobby event
Daytime between 9:30am – 4:30pm; $100/hr
Evening (or following a performance); $400 (2 hour min. rental)
Rates will increase incrementally for each additional hour. Charges for set-up involving stagehand labor, security, ushers, and custodial will be added as necessary. Non-Profit Organizations may receive a 20% discount on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday and a 10% discount on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday
All food and beverage costs are in addition to above rental rates. The Lyric does not have an exclusive caterer.
Rosa Ponselle Suite
Located on the third floor of the office building with private balcony and restrooms. Great for weddings, ceremonies, seated receptions and conferences.
Seats 175 seated, 250 classroom and 500 standing.
Friday-Sunday 9am-12am $300 per hour
Monday-Thursday 4pm-11pm $300 per hour
Monday-Thursday 9am-4pm $150 per hour
